We keep our animals as close to their natural needs as possible and consider them to be our helpers. Sheep and goats help us to graze inaccessible areas and prevent the growth of woody weeds, pigs are used to prepare the soil in the garden and protect the poultry from predators, Indian runner ducks help us to combat slugs. Our other helpers are chickens, turkeys, emus and waterfowl.
